As members of the American Volkssport Association (www.ava.org), we are a “Volkssporting” or “Popular Sports” club, providing walking, hiking and biking events in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Bandelier. The Double Eagles are now 27 years old and still moving strong!  We offer two group walks monthly, usually on the first Saturday of the month and the third Sunday.  To the right are several links to information about our club and activities, as well as a membership application.  Before joining our club we invite you to come walk with us and find out more about this non-competitive program to see if it is a fit for you.  This link will show you some photos of our club walks and trails:
